1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make purchases. By ordering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. PRODUCTS & PRICING

- All products are custom-made, print-on-demand items
- Product images are representative; actual colors may vary slightly
- Prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated
- We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or correct errors without notice
- All sales are final (see our Refund Policy for exceptions)

4. ORDERS & PAYMENT

- Orders are subject to acceptance and availability
- Payment is processed at the time of order
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability
- If we cancel your order, we will refund any payment received

5. CUSTOM PRODUCTS

- Products are made to order and cannot be returned for change of mind
- Please review your order carefully before completing purchase
- We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided information (size, address, etc.)

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

- All content on onejab.ca (designs, logos, text, images) is owned by onejab or licensed to us
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission
- By submitting content to us (reviews, photos), you grant us a license to use it for marketing purposes

7. PROHIBITED USES

You may not:
- Use our site for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to breach security or interfere with site functionality
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Transmit malicious code or spam

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

- Products are provided "as is" without warranties
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product
- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify onejab from claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance.
