REFUND POLICY

All products sold by onejab are custom-made, print-on-demand items created specifically for each order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we maintain the following policy:

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse, as each item is custom-printed to order.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at onejab2020@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the defect or damage
- Description of the issue

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement item at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

WRONG ITEM SHIPPED
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send the correct item at no charge or provide a full refund.

LOST OR UNDELIVERED ORDERS
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with our fulfillment partners. We may offer a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.
